Certainly our impression here in Lamoille county is that the market has slowed over the last six months. Properties seem to be staying on the market longer and the prices don't seem to be going up as much. This is just our impression at this point and we are talking a relatively short period. We will be running statistics at the end of June to see how the first six months of the year stack up to the past several.
